/ How to take this medicine

Check the cap seal is not broken before first use. If it is, do not take the medicine.

Mix the recommended amount with twice as much water in a glass and drink the solution.

Adults and children of 12 years and over: Two 5 ml spoonfuls, diluted in water. Take this amount 3 or 4 times a day.

Do not give to children under 12 years.

Do not exceed the stated dose.

If a cough lasts for more than 5 days, or comes back, stop taking this medicine and talk to a pharmacist or doctor.


If symptoms do not go away talk to your doctor.

Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.

Use by the date on the label edge. Active ingredients: Each 5 ml of oral liquid contains Ammonium Carbonate 100 mg, Ammonium Chloride 150 mg, Guaifenesin 32.5 mg.

These other effects are less serious. If they bother you talk to a pharmacist:

•    Feeling sick, being sick

•    Stomach pain

If any side effect becomes severe, or you notice any side effect not listed here, please tell your pharmacist or doctor.

Keep this medicine in a safe place out of the sight and reach of children, preferably in a locked cupboard.

Each 5 ml of oral liquid contains Ammonium Carbonate 100 mg, Ammonium Chloride 150 mg, Guaifenesin 32.5 mg.
