USES Helps prevent and treat nappy rash without blocking the action of one-way nappy liners or disposable nappies. Also for the relief and prevention of urinary dermatitis in adults, and the relief of minor burns.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE Apply at each nappy change to clean dry skin, paying particular attention to the creases and folds.

•Urinary Dermatitis - Apply regularly to clean dry skin.

•Minor burns - Apply as required. • If the skin condition does not improve or worsens, consult a health professional.

DRAPOLENE Cream is a pink, non-greasy emollient cream containing: Benzalkonium chloride solution 0.02% w/w (equivalent to Benzalkonium chloride 0.01% w/w), Cetrimide 0.2% w/w. Also contains: White soft paraffin, cetyl alcohol, polawax, chlorocresol, amaranth, purified water. Contains lanolin 2% w/w.

Drapolene Cream can be used to:

•    prevent and treat nappy rash in babies

•    help adults with incontinence to soothe skin that's sore/may become sore due to urine on their skin (urinary dermatitis)

•    treat minor burns and limited sunburn

Before you use Drapolene

•    Drapolene should not be used on anyone who is allergic (hypersensitive) to benzalkonium chloride, cetrimide, lanolin or any of the other ingredients.

•    Drapolene contains benzalkonium chloride, cetrimide, wool fat (purified lanolin), cetyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, and chlorocresol which may cause skin reactions such as contact dermatitis (a rash or itching in some cases).

How to use Drapolene

•    The effected area should be washed and dried thoroughly, paying particular attention to the folds of the skin.

•    Nappy rash - apply Drapolene evenly at each nappy change.

•    Urinary dermatitis - regular application is advised.

•    For minor burns and sunburn - apply as required.

If the skin condition does not improve or becomes worse, talk to your doctor, nurse or pharmacist.

Further Information - Drapolene is a smooth pink cream. It contains the active substances benzalkonium chloride 0.01% w/w and cetrimide 0.2% w/w. Other ingredients: white soft paraffin, wool fat (purified lanolin), cetyl alcohol, polawax, chlorocresol, amaranth (E123), and water.
