1. What this product is and what it is used for
This product contains Dandelion root, Guaiacum Resin and extracts of Celery fruit and Buckbean herb. It is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the relief of backache, rheumatic pain and general aches and pains in the muscles and joints, based on traditional use only.
2. Before you take this product
Do not take this product if you are:
• Under 18 years of age
• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Allergic to the active ingredients or to plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family or to any of the excipients
• Suffering from obstructions of bile ducts, inflammation of the bile ducts (cholangitis), gallstones, liver disease, peptic ulcer or any other biliary diseases
• Are suffering from kidney and/or heart failure or diabetes
3. How to take this product For oral use only
Adults and the elderly: One or two tablets to be taken after each meal.
Do not exceed the stated dose
If joint pain accompanied by swelling of the joint and redness or if fever occurs, consult a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner.
Duration of use: If symptoms worsen or persist after 4 weeks, a doctor or a qualified healthcare practitioner should be consulted.
If you take too much of the product (overdose): Speak to a Doctor or a qualified Healthcare Practitioner immediately and take this leaflet and bottle with you.
If you forget to take this product: Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose(s). Continue to take your usual dose at the usual time. It does not matter if you have missed a dose.
4. Possible side effects
Like all medicines Herbal Rheumatic Pain Relief Tablets can have side effects. Possible side effects are:
• Stomach pain, excess stomach pain and allergic reactions
If these persist for more than a few days, or become troublesome, stop taking this product.
Tell a Doctor or a qualified Healthcare Practitioner if you notice the above side effects or any other side effects.

5. How to store this product
• Keep the tablets in the bottle until it is time to take them
• Do not take the tablets after the expiry date (see outer label)
• Store the tablets below 25oC
• Keep the bottle tightly closed
• Keep the tablets out of sight and reach of children

About this product: This is a traditional herbal medicinal product that contains Dandelion root, Guaiacum Resin and extracts of Celery fruit and Buckbean herb.
Each tablet contains:
50 mg Guaiacum Resin (Guaiacum officinale L.)
24 mg of extract Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale Weber ex Wigg)
7.5 mg of extract (as dry extract) from Celery fruit (Apium graveolens L.) (4-6:1) Extraction solvent: Ethanol 50% v/v
7.5 mg of extract (as dry extract) from Buckbean herb (Menyanthes trifoliata L.) (5-7:1) Extraction solvent: Ethanol 50% v/v
This product also contains the following inactive (excipient) ingredients: Calcium Sulphate Dihydrate, Sago Flour, Calcium Phosphate Dibasic, Magnesium Trisilicate, Stearic Acid, Capsaicin, Ethylcellulose N100, Maltodextrin, Colloidal anhydrous silica.
After taking this product: You must speak to a Doctor or a qualified Healthcare Practitioner:
• If your symptoms get worse
• If your symptoms do not improve after 4 weeks
• If side effects not listed in this leaflet occur
