JL Braggs Medicinal Charcoal Powder is are used for the relief of indigestion, heartburn, wind, flatulence, dyspepsia (pain in the upper abdomen, bloating, belching, nausea).
Do not use JL Braggs Medicinal Charcoal Powder if you:

Do not give JL Braggs Medicinal Charcoal Powder to children under 12.
Taking other medication:
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking activated charcoal, it is a powerful adsorbent and may reduce the effect of other medication if taken at the same time.
Taking JL Braggs Medicinal Charcoal Powder with food and drink:
May be taken after meals.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
May be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding Driving and using machinery:
No effect on ability to drive or use of machinery has been observed.
Always use JL Braggs Medicinal Charcoal Powder exactly as your pharmacist or doctor has told you. You should check with your pharmacist or doctor if you are not sure Dosage: The recommended dose is.
Adults and children over 12: One teaspoon, mixed in a glass of water taken before or after meals three times a day.
Administration: Mix one teaspoon of powder into a glass of water, take by mouth.
If you use more JL Braggs Charcoal Powder than you should:
Discontinue medication and check with your pharmacist or doctor.
If you forget to use JL Braggs Medicinal Charcoal Powder
Do not take a double dose if you forget to take the previous dose, continue using according to the dosage instructions.
Like all medicines, J.L Braggs Medicinal Charcoal Powder may cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Regular users may notice a darkening of the stools. Secure container when not in use. Do not use JL Braggs Medicinal Charcoal after the use by date which is printed on the side of the container, the use by date refers to the last day in the month stated on the label.
