LIQUID PARAFFIN b.p.


Bell's Liquid Paraffin BP is taken for | the temporary relief of constipation.

Liquid for oral use. Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Take two to six 5ml spoonfuls (10ml to 30ml). Children from 3 to 12 years: Take one to four 5ml spoonfuls (5ml to 20ml). The 1 above doses may be taken when required. Do not give to children under 3 years.


Prolonged use should be avoided as it may cause anal irritation, inflammation and formation oflumps. Accidently breathing in liquid paraffin may cause congestion ofthe lungs. Warnings


Do not use if you are allergic to Liquid Paraffin. Do not use for long periods. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have persistent abdominal pain or have a condition that makes swallowing difficult. May interfere with the absorption of fat soluble vitamins.

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Do not store above 25°C.

Protect from light.
