How to use PENNSAID*
It your doctor has told you in detail HOW MUCH and HOW OFTEN to apply the solution, then keep to this advice.
Tl>e application site should be washed with soap and water and allowed lo dry before application of PENNSAID". The dose depends on me size of mo joint to be treated Apply 20 to 40 drops four times daily or as advised by your doctor Apply the solution a few drops at a lime and spread evenly over the painful area with your hand or fingers. It is not necessary to rub the solution. After application wash your hands.
DO NOT apply the solution and cover with a bandage or any other dressing
DO NOT apply to infected skin, open wounds or mucous membra nos
Does PENNSAID* have any undesirable effects?
Minor skin reactions may occur such as skin dryness, tingling, itcliiness or rash Bad breath may also be experienced in some cases.
PENNSAID® contains dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) wtwch can cause drowsiness and headache.
If you develop a skin reaction or any other symptom consult your doctor or pharmacist
In the rare event that you experience wheezy breathing, discontinue treatment and immediately seek medical advice.

PENNSAID" is intended for external use only. If PENNSAID*' is accidentally swallowed, do not Induce vomiting. Seek medical advice Immediately.
Where to keep PENNSAID*?
As with all medicines keep this solution safely away from children, preferably in a locked cupboard.
Do not store above 25*0. Do not refrigerate PENNSAID* should be a clear, colourless to pink or orange liquid. If your medicine turns any other colour, return it to your pharmacist
Do not use the solution after tte ‘Use by’ date, which is stamped on the label. If your doctor decides to stop your treatment, return any unused solution to a pharmacist.
PENNSAID* should not be used for longer than 12 weeks after first opening.
