5. HOW TO STORE POTTER'S BACKACHE RELIEF:

Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Do not use Potter's Backache Relief after the expiry date. The expiry date is printed on the label and base of the carton.

Do not store above 25°C. Store in the original packaging.

Return any unused medicine to your pharmacist for safe disposal.

6. FURTHER INFORMATION:

Each film coated tablet contains:

60 mg Shepherd's Purse Herb (Capsella bursa-pastoris L.).

60 mg Wild Carrot Root (Daucuscarota L.). 60 mg Dry Extract Uva Llrsi Leaf (Ardostaphylos uva-ursi L. Spreng) (5:2) (Eguivalent to 150 mg Uva Ursi Leaf) Extraction solvent: Water.

35 mg Dry Extract Clivers Herb (Galium aparine L.) (100:28) (Eguivalent to 125 mg Clivers Herb)

Extraction solvent: Water.

This product also contains:

Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin (E141), Titanium Dioxide (E171), Black Iron Oxide (E172), Yellow Iron Oxide (E172), Juniper Berry Oil, Maltodextrin, Ethyl Cellulose.

Potter's Backache Relief are a pale olive green, round biconvex film coated tablet, available in containers of 60 tablets.

to get the best results from it.

•    Ask your pharmacist if you need more information or advice.

•    You must contact a doctor or pharmacist if your symptoms worsen or do not improve after 4 weeks or if swelling of the joints, redness or fever occurs.

1.    WHAT POTTER'S BACKACHE RELIEF IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR:

Potter's Backache Relief is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the symptomatic relief of lower backache including lumbago and sciatica, based on traditional use only.

Containing Shepherd's Purse, Wild Carrot and extracts of Uva Llrsi & Clivers.

2.    BEFORE YOU TAKE POTTER'S BACKACHE RELIEF:

Do not take Potter's Backache Relief:

•    if you are allergic to any of the ingredients

•    if you suffer from kidney disorders

•    if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

•    if you are under 18 years of age.

Taking other medicines:

Please ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:

You should not use Potter's Backache Relief if you are pregnant or breastfeeding because there is no evidence that it is safe to do so.

3. HOW TO TAKE POTTER'S BACKACHE RELIEF:

It is important that you follow these instructions carefully.

For oral use.

Adults and the elderly:

Take two tablets three times a day.

The use in children and adolescents under 18 years is not recommended.

Do not exceed the stated dose.

If your condition worsens or if symptoms persist for more than 4 weeks, or if joint pain is experienced, accompanied by swelling of the joints, redness or fever, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

If you take too much Potter's Backache Relief:

Stop taking the medicine and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

If you forget to take Potter's Backache Relief:

If you miss a dose, take your next dose at the usual time. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for a missed dose. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist if you need further advice.

4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:

Like all medicines this product can cause side effects, but not everyone gets them.

If any of the following or other side effects occur, including allergic reactions, stop taking this product and consult your doctor or pharmacist:

•    Nausea, vomiting, stomach ache have been reported with the use of Uva Llrsi Leaf. The freguency is not known.

•    Uva Ursi Leaf may cause a greenish-brown colouration of the urine.
