This medicine is available without prescription. However, you still need to use Bell's Seven in One Rubbing Oil carefully to get the best results from it.

IF THIS PRODUCT COMES INTO CONTACT WITH DRESSINGS AND CLOTHING THE FABRIC CAN BE EASILY IGNITED WITH A NAKED FLAME. YOU SHOULD KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT.
Like all medicines, Bell's Seven in One Rubbing Oil can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
• Sensitivity to the product may cause pain or itching.
• Turpentine Oil may cause a rash or vomiting.
If any of the side effects gets serious, or if you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.
Bell's Seven in One Rubbing Oil is applied to the skin to relieve muscular pain and stiffness associated with backache, sciatica, lumbago, fibrositis and rheumatism. The active ingredients reduce inflammation and have a mild anaesthetic (numbing) effect.
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
• Do not store above 25°C.
• Store in the original container.
• Do not use after the expiry date which is stated on the bottle.
• Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required. These measures will help to protect the environment.
Do not use Seven in One Rubbing Oil :
• If you are allergic to Methyl Salicylate or any other ingredients. (See section 6 for full list of ingredients)
• If you are allergic to painkillers such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and other NSAID's.
• If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Take special care:
• If you are asthmatic.
Consult your doctor before use.
Bell's Seven in One Rubbing Oil is a topical solution for external use only.
Adults and children over 12 years: Apply to the affected area and rub in gently as required, up to three times a day.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
What Bell's Seven in One Rubbing Oil contains:
• The active ingredient is Methyl Salicylate 7%w/w.
• The other ingredients are: Nutmeg Oil, Thyme Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Turpentine Oil, Synthetic Camphor Oil, Pumilio Pine Oil and Technical White Oil.

• Bell's Seven in One Rubbing Oil is a clear oily liquid. It is supplied in a 25ml amber glass bottle fitted with a dropper and a tamper-evident closure.
