•    If you are allergic to dextromethorphan, propylene glycol or any other ingredients.

•    If you have liver disease or if you are at risk of respiratory failure, including asthma.

•    If you are taking selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. Not to be used in patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors MAOI's (for depression) or within 14 days of stopping.

About this product - Strong Dry Tickly Cough Syrup is taken to treat dry, unproductive, irritating coughs.

Ingredients - Active ingredient: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10mg per 5ml.

Also contains: Glucose, E124 and E420.

Dosage - Liquid for oral use. Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take two 5ml spoonfuls (10ml) up to 4 times daily. Children from 6-12 years: Take one 5ml spoonful up to 4 times daily. Not to be used for more than 5 days without the advice of a doctor. Medical attention should be sought if the childs condition deteriorates during treatment.

Not recommended for use in children under 6 years.
