What is this Removal System for?
It is for the treatment of verrucas or warts (a verruca is a form of wart found on the foot). The medicated disc contains the active ingredient which acts on the verruca, while the cover plaster is to protect the area of treatment.
Before using this Removal System
Do not use...
• If you are allergic to NSAIDs (aspirin) or any of the ingredients in this product. See 'What this Removal System contains' for the

If you have diabetes or a severe circulatory disorders or suffer from nerve damage, unless your doctor tells you to.
If the area around the verruca is inflamed or broken.
On moles, birthmarks, warts with hair growing from them, genital warts, facial warts or mucous membranes.
• If you are pregnant or breast feeding.
Take special care...
• If excessive discomfort or irritation occurs, stop using the product and remove the dressing.
• Do not apply Scholl Verruca Removal System to normal skin.
• This product is for external use only.
How to use this Removal System
• Ensure affected area is clean and dry.
• Select a disc of similar size to the verruca, to avoid the active ingredient contacting healthy skin.
• Apply disc with adhesive side on to the verruca. Remove a plaster from the backing paper
and affix over the disc.
Leave disc in place for 48 hours and then remove.
• Repeat treatment for up to twelve weeks until the verruca or wart can be easily removed.
Do not use for more than twelve weeks, unless your doctor tells you to.
Not recommended for use on children under 16, unless your doctor tells you to.
Possible side effects
Skin irritation or rash may occur if applied to healthy skin around the wart. If this happens temporarily stop using it and when irritation has subsided carefully apply the product only to the wart.

How to store this Removal System
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
• Do not store above 25°C.
• The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
• Do not use after the expiry date shown on the pack.
• Once the sachet of medicated discs has been opened, use within 6 weeks.
• To protect the product keep in the original packaging.
Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required. These measures will help to protect the environment.
What this Removal System contains
Each medicated disc contains 40% by weight of the active ingredient Salicylic Acid. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic agent, which means that it breaks down hardened skin. Discs also contain polyvinyl alkyl ether adhesive, titanium dioxide, liquid paraffin, antioxidant (4,4'-Thiobis (2-tert-butyl-5-methylphenol)), red iron oxide, black iron oxide, and backing material.
Each pack contains 15 plasters and 15 medicated discs each of three different sizes. /\
