Take the solution by mouth.

SHAKE THE BOTTLE.

Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Take 2 x 5ml spoonfuls.

Repeat every 4 hour" if required.

Children oaer4 year: Take 1 x 5ml spoonful. Repeat every . hours if required.

Do not give to children under 1 year old unless your doctor tells you to.

If symptoms persist for more than five days consult your doctor.

Not suitable for diabetics.

This medicine contains glycerol, to soothe the throat and relieve the symptoms of coughs and sore throats.

1. Before you use this medicine □ Do not use the medicine if you or your child have....

•    An allergy to any of the ingredients listed in section 3.

•    Or your child is under 1 year old.

ATalk to your doctor or pharmacist if you or your child have..

•    Diabetes.

This medicine is not suitable for people with diabetes. Your pharmacist can help find an alternative product which is more suited to the needs of diabetic people.

Pregnant or breastfeeding..

Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine if you are pregnant, might be pregnant or are breastfeeding. Glycerin Lemon and Honey with Glucose should not be used in pregnancy unless the doctor has told you to do so.

Important ingredient information

This product contains 3.4g of sucrose per 10ml dose. To be taken into account in people with diabetes. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.

2. Possible side effects

As with all medicines, this medicine can have side effects, although these don't affect everyone.

If you get any of these serious side effects, stop taking the medicine and see a doctor at once:

- Difficulty in breathing, swelling of the face, neck, tongue or throat (severe allergic reactions).

If you notice any other side effects, stop use and tell your doctor or pharmacist. They will tell you what to do.

3. Further information

If you accidentally take too much see a doctor straight away. Take the pack with you to show which medicine you have swallowed.

•    Do not use after the expiry date. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.

•    Return any unused medicine to the pharmacy for disposal.

The active ingredients per 5ml are: glycerol (E422)1.36g. The other ingredients are: honey, lemon essence, lemon juice, citric acid monohydrate (E330), sucrose, purified water and liquid glucose.

What the medicine looks like

Glycerin Lemon and Honey with Glucose is a pale straw coloured syrupy liquid.

It is supplied in 200ml bottles.
