[About This Product!

Bell's Healthcare Simple Linctus BP 125 mg per 5 ml Oral Solution is taken to relieve coughs.

Oral Solution


Please read the entire label before taking this medicine. Oral solution. Adults and children over 12 years: Take one or two 5ml spoonfuls (5ml to 10ml). The above doses may be taken up to 4 times daily.

Do not give to children under 12 years.


itric Acid Monohydrate


For relief of coughs


Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, or if you are taking any products containing potassium tartrate, carbonates or bicarbonates. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before using this medicinal product. Contains 8.6g of sucrose per 10ml dose. This should be taken into account in patients with diabetes mellitus.


May upset the stomach or cause dental decay if taken in large doses. If you notice these or any other side effects, stop using the product and consult your doctor or pharmacist. Reporting of side effects: If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This includes any possible side effects not listed in this label. You can also report side effects directly via the Yellow Card Scheme at: www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard. By reporting side effects you can help provide more information on the safety of this medicine.
