Possible side effects: Most people do not have any side effects while taking

Check inner seal is not broken before first use. Add the powder, according to the dosage below, to a 200 ml (7 fluid ounce) glass or cold drinking T water and drink before the fizzing stops.

Adults: For heartfoim, indigestion, upset stomach and feeling side

1 or 2 teaspoonfuls, as required.

As a laxative: 2 teaspoonfuls, before breakfast or at bedtime, as required. Children over 3 years: Reduce the dosage appropriately depending on size and age.    Pkl

Do not give to children under 3 years. Do not exreed the stated dose.

On prolonged use only: • irritability • feeling or being sick (nausea or vomiting)

■    breathing difficulties ■ slow heart beat • light-headedness, confusion

■    muscular twitches, weakness or cramps • numbness or tingling.

Contains the active ingredient: sodium bicarbonate 22.6% w/w, citric add 19.5% w/w, magnesium sulphate 17.4% w/w. The other ingredient is: sucrose (sugar).
